Delete your SchoolDone data

SchoolDone is operated by Alleanza Systems LLC. You can remove some of your stored data without deleting your whole account. Your sign-in and account stay active unless you also request account deletion.

Delete a daily record (in the app)

  1. Sign in to SchoolDone.
  2. Open History (or the record from your home screen) and select the day you want to remove.
  3. Tap Delete record and confirm. The log text and structured activities for that day are removed from our servers immediately.

Other days, other children, and your account settings are not affected. PDF or text files you already saved on your device are not removed by us.

Remove a child profile (in the app)

  1. Sign in to SchoolDone.
  2. Open Settings → Manage children.
  3. Select the child and tap Delete(or remove), then confirm. That child's profile and all of their saved records are deleted from our servers.

Other children on your account, your sign-in, and your subscription status are not removed.

Opt out of product analytics (by email)

To stop PostHog analytics tied to your account without closing your account, email help@alleanzasystem.com from your sign-in address with the subject Opt out of SchoolDone analytics. We disable further analytics collection for your account id. Previously collected events may remain in aggregated form that cannot identify you.

Request other data removal (by email)

For anything not covered above (for example clearing specific settings or correcting stored data), email help@alleanzasystem.com from your sign-in address and describe what you want removed. We respond within a reasonable time and delete matching data from active systems unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.

What is deleted vs kept

  • Deleted from active systemswhen you use in-app delete: the selected daily record, or the selected child profile and that child's records.
  • Kept: your account (email, name, sign-in), other children, other daily records, subscription status, and settings — unless you delete those separately or delete your whole account.
  • Backups: residual copies of deleted records may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, then are purged on our normal backup rotation.
  • On your device: exports you saved locally, local reminder schedules, and app cache are controlled by you on the device; uninstalling the app does not delete server-side records while your account remains active.
