Delete your SchoolDone account
SchoolDone is operated by Alleanza Systems LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the homeschool record data stored for you in SchoolDone.
How to request deletion
- Email help@alleanzasystem.com from the same Google or Apple address you use to sign in to SchoolDone.
- Use the subject line Delete my SchoolDone account (or similar wording so we can identify your request).
- In the message, confirm that you want your SchoolDone account and associated data deleted. You do not need to be signed in to the app to send this email.
- We will reply to confirm receipt and process your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can also reach us from the app: open Account or Settings → Send feedback and email help@alleanzasystem.com with the same subject line.
What we delete
When your deletion request is completed, we remove your SchoolDone account and the following data from our active systems:
- Account information — sign-in email, display name, profile image URL, and account identifier.
- Child profiles — names or nicknames, ages, grade levels, and avatar colors you entered.
- Daily records — log text, structured activities, family logs, and related metadata stored for your account.
- Settings — lock time, school-day schedule, homeschool philosophy choices, and reminder preferences.
- Sign-in tokens — OAuth tokens we store so you can stay signed in on your devices.
- Subscription status on our servers — whether SchoolDone premium is active for your account (not your payment card or full Google Play billing history).
- Product analytics tied to your account id in PostHog (we disable further collection for your account).
If you use the same sign-in for Curriflow (scheduling) on Alleanza Systems LLC's platform, deleting your account removes that shared profile and associated Curriflow data as well. Export any records you want to keep before requesting deletion.
What we may keep
- Files on your device — PDF or text exports you already saved to your phone or computer are not removed by us.
- Google Play or App Store records — purchase and billing history held by Google or Apple. Cancel or manage your subscription in the store before or after deletion if you no longer want to be charged.
- RevenueCat— may retain subscription transaction records as required for billing reconciliation; see RevenueCat's privacy policy.
- Encrypted backups — residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems (typically up to 30 days), then are purged on our normal backup rotation.
- Legal and security records — minimal logs we must keep to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes, retained only as long as required.
Timing
We aim to complete account deletion within 7 days of confirming your request. Residual data in encrypted backups is removed on our normal backup cycle, typically within an additional 30 days.
You can delete individual daily logs inside SchoolDone at any time without deleting your whole account.
